Last Friday I attended the opening reception of AFC’s “Saving nature one brush stroke at a time” art exhibit. This was designed as a pilot exhibit for a much larger annual exhibit planned for 2015.
Three of my paintings were on exhibit and one them, “Tortuga Nocturne”, turned out to be the first sale of the show. Needless to say I was quite pleased.

Beautiful Gallery for displaying and viewing fine art.
My painting “Sails On The Top Side” flanked on the left by Brent Cook’s beautiful bronze sculpture and the right by Guy Harvey’s painting of a Blue Marlin. Nice to be in such great company

On Saturday I had some time to spend before leaving with a few other artists for the Grand Caymans to renew acquaintances with some of the critters we studied and swam with last year. We took in some of the sites of the beautiful Nova Southeastern University campus.
